We are seeking a confident, highly organised, and professional individual to manage our front office operations. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on customer interaction, multitasking, and ensuring everything runs smoothly behind the scenes.
Who Are We Looking For?
Position: Office Administrator
You will thrive in this role if you are reliable, punctual, and possess a strong attention to detail. You must be comfortable and confident speaking with customers and managing multiple administrative tasks simultaneously.
We are a busy and growing company in the home improvement industry, requiring an organised and professional Office Administrator to be the face and voice of our business.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys customer interaction, multitasking and keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes.
The Role
You will be responsible for managing incoming calls, booking quotes for our sales team and providing general administrative support to ensure efficient day-to-day operations.
Key Duties Include:
- Answering and directing phone calls in a friendly and professional manner
- Booking customer quotes and scheduling appointments
- Managing enquiries via phone, email and online platforms
- Data entry and updating customer records
- Preparing basic documentation and confirmations
- General office administration and filing
- Following up leads and outstanding enquiries
- Supporting sales and operations with admin tasks
About You:
- Friendly, well-spoken and confident on the phone
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Able to multitask and work under pressure
- Reliable and punctual
- Previous administration or reception experience preferred
- Basic computer skills (Google Workspace, email, CRM systems)
