The Role

You will be responsible for managing incoming calls, booking quotes for our sales team and providing general administrative support to ensure efficient day-to-day operations.

Key Duties Include:

• Answering and directing phone calls in a friendly and professional manner
• Booking customer quotes and scheduling appointments
• Managing enquiries via phone, email and online platforms
• Data entry and updating customer records
• Preparing basic documentation and confirmations
• General office administration and filing
• Following up leads and outstanding enquiries
• Supporting sales and operations with admin tasks

About You:

• Friendly, well-spoken and confident on the phone
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail
• Able to multitask and work under pressure
• Reliable and punctual
• Previous administration or reception experience preferred
• Basic computer skills (Google Workspace, email, CRM systems)
