Thanks to Qld Shade for promptly coming to fix the mechanism on the blind that was preventing it from tightening. The guys replaced it and the blind is working perfectly again. They were very professional and phoned to inform me of their expected arrival time, they very quickly did the replacement on the broken part and left the area as they found it. Just had my blinds installed. WOW!! So amazing. The blinds block the hot QLD afternoon sun we get across the back of our house, yet, we can still see out onto the water. We have had an external, motorised blind installed by QLD Shade.What an awesome company QLD Shade is to do business with and priced so much better than some other companies in the business. Very professional, efficient, and on time with no hidden charges. Measured on July 12 by Ben, fitted on Aug 1, and the 'V' at the top was done on Aug 11, both done by Ash. That is an impressive turnaround time. The product is quality (the screens are made locally near Redcliffe, which is a bonus) and it does just we wanted - to block out the sun's heat and glare, but still allow light and ventilation. I would highly recommend the company and the team.

We recently had 3 outdoor blinds installed on our front deck and i am very happy with the product and service provided by Qld Shade. From the quote to installation i found them very professional. Ben gave excellent advice regards best blinds to purchase and Ash did a great job with installation. I must admit i was slightly perturbed having to pay full cost prior to installation, however Kim in the office put my mind at ease, and, in retrospect i now understand the risk small businesses also take.
